The way to Quang Duc Pagoda in Can Tho<\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n

Quang Duc Pagoda is located in the heart of Can Tho city. <\/font>It is located on the same side as Saigon Bakery and opposite Thien Hai Son Hotel. <\/font>Refer to the Google Maps address of Quang Duc Pagoda in Can Tho.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Temple architecture<\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n

The architecture of the pagoda follows the direction of Hoang Phap and bold southern pagodas. <\/font>The pagoda has a main hall of 2 floors, a stupa on the side. <\/font>The interior designs are meticulously carved from the patterns on the roof and columns to the Buddha statues inside the temple.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Outside the temple grounds is a golden gate with the words Quang Duc Pagoda. <\/font>Looking up at the roof top is a line of Chinese characters with the name of the temple. <\/font>Architecture with red and yellow as the main color. <\/font>The roof tile is carved with a dragon image at the top in a sophisticated way.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Stepping inside the temple grounds, you will see the Maitreya Buddha statue in front of the main hall. <\/font>On the right is a statue of Guan Yin Bodhisattva.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Entering the main hall is a carved Buddha and dragon image, above it is a gold board with the words Quang Duc Pagoda. <\/font>Inside is an altar of Amitabha Buddha with a sitting Buddha statue inlaid with gold.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

To the left of the campus is the place where the pagoda’s stupa is located. <\/font>Behind the stupa is a golden picture of a bodhi tree and a lotus flower. <\/font>In addition, there are poems about Buddhism translated from Chinese.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Brief history of Quang Duc pagoda<\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n

In 1958, Quang Duc Pagoda was founded by Most Venerable Thich Buu Lai.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
