Nung Tri Cao (born in 1025 in Cao Bang) is considered a great hero, according to his father, Nung Ton Phuc rebelled to claim the king’s name in 1038. After his father was captured and killed by the Ly Dynasty (in 1039), Nung Tri Cao and his mother, A Nung, continued the fight. <\/font>Soon, Nung Tri Cao was defeated by the Ly dynasty and captured. <\/font>But King Ly Thai Tong fell in love and did not kill, but gave Nung Tri Cao a title to guard the border.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Unexpectedly, Nung Tri Cao revolted to occupy the western land of Cao Bang and proclaimed himself king (1052). <\/font>The force is getting stronger and stronger and attracts many knights to follow. <\/font>Nung Tri Cao once fought against the Song Dynasty and occupied 8 provinces (districts) of the two provinces of Guangdong and Guangxi, China. Three years later, when he proclaimed himself king, Nung Tri Cao was destroyed by the Song dynasty. <\/font>This is a picture at the end of the road, the hero Nung Tri Cao after the battle, returned from patrolling the border. <\/font>The fatigue of both men and horses has created a magnificent image of this cliff-side mountain pass: “The pass is upturned and sucks the clouds in the sky. The breath is long and tiring. The horse neighs and looks up for the last time. Then bow down and kneel at your feet.” <\/font>That’s why people named the pass Ma Phuc (kneeling horse).   <\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

It is also a true fairy tale that once took place. <\/font>Refusing to bind their feet like the image of “Ma Phuc”, Uncle Ho’s soldiers disassembled each part of the artillery vehicle, transported it through the jungle, and carried weapons back to the battlefield along the back of the pass. <\/font>The local people teamed up to find that mythical road, carrying equipment and soldiers to overcome the enemy’s lines, across the mountains.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
