the northernmost symbol, we decided to reach milestone 428, the northernmost landmark of the country.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">At Lung Cu flagpole, we contacted Mr. Vang &#8211; village, Lung Cu commune. <\/font><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Although the milestone is small, it took more than 2 years to complete. <\/font><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Partly because of the facilities, the rugged and difficult terrain. <\/font><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">There are only a dozen households of the Mong ethnic group living here. <\/font><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Thanks to the policies of Ha Giang&#8217;s leaders, people here confidently cling to the ground, turning those gray rocky slopes into lush fields of corn, potatoes and crops. <\/font><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">And they themselves are like unofficial soldiers guarding each sacred land in the headland of the
