Bac Son flower valley belongs to Lan Khoang village, Tran Yen commune, Bac Son district, Lang Son province. <\/font>This tourist area has been open to visitors since October 15, 2017, after 3 years the landscape here has become more and more beautiful and has become one of the favorite tourist attractions of Lang Son people and tourists. from the neighboring province.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

In the past, Bac Son Flower Valley was the main area for farmers to grow maize. <\/font>Realizing that the income from corn farming is very low, not commensurate with the area’s terrain, some economic giants have come here to learn and want to develop this area’s economy more strongly. <\/font>Among them is Phu Loc – Phu Tai Tourism Joint Stock Company, which has rented land in this area for investment and development. <\/font>They started to build a project to plant flowers, serving the needs of today’s youth virtual check-in.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The starting point of project development is only 7 hectares of land. <\/font>After that, because of the increased demand of tourists, Bac Son Flower Valley has increased 3 times. <\/font>And now the area has reached the milestone of more than 20ha. <\/font>The living standard of the people here has also been significantly improved. <\/font>They started to switch from farming to doing works serving tourists to tourists. <\/font>Hostels, restaurants, sightseeing shuttles, check-in photo spots are now springing up like mushrooms. <\/font>Accidentally created a flower valley with many virtual check-in points that are considered the largest in Vietnam.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Roasted pig : <\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/em> Lang Son roast pig is very famous in the tourist village because of its very own distinctive flavors. <\/font>Pigs after slaughtering, preliminarily processed with guava leaf juice. <\/font>Continue to stuff the pig’s belly with the flavorings of the mountains such as cardamom, aniseed, macadamia leaves, cinnamon… In the last stage, the pig is roasted over hot coals. <\/font>During the filming process, a wet cloth must be used to wipe the outer skin of the pig. <\/font>The purpose is to not be scorched and more evenly colored. <\/font>When the pig is close, it is necessary to use a stick to poke around to let the pork fat melt, when eating, it will be less tired. <\/font>Pork is golden yellow, delicious and fragrant. <\/font>One bite is enough to feel the crunchy taste of the crust.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roast duck :<\/font><\/font><\/strong>  The roast duck in Lang Son is selected very carefully, the first must be Bau That Khe duck. <\/font>Then marinate more flavors: onions, pepper, hook honey, stuff inside the duck and sew it up. <\/font>The outside of the duck is soaked in honey and left for about 10 minutes. <\/font>Now visitors just need to roast the duck on the brazier for 15 minutes. <\/font>After the roast is finished, people bring the duck to the pan of extra fat to fry. <\/font>Then take it out to cool it can be used. <\/font>Duck meat must be soaked in honey color, the meat eaten is rich and tender. <\/font>A special feature of this specialty is in the processing process. <\/font>When roasting duck requires a technique of not burning black, must ensure the heat, the longer the roasting, the more fragrant the meat will be.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n
