The owner of an old house made from jackfruit wood in Hung Yen is Mr. Chu Van Binh, who has a special love for traditional ancient architecture. <\/font>With all his passion, he recreated and sketched an ancient house in the northern countryside.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The old house of Mr. Chu Van Binh (Van Giang, Hung Yen) was built in the traditional style of the Northern countryside.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The mansion was started in 2009 including the main house and the house with the main material being jackfruit wood. <\/font>The total cost of Mr. Binh’s investment and construction of the house is up to 1.5 billion VND.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The main house consists of 3 compartments and 2 wings, one in the middle is the main room for worship, the other two on the side are used as a place to receive guests, tea ceremony and temporary resting place.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Two wings are 2 bedrooms at the top of the house for family members. <\/font>Next to the main house is the children’s house, including a kitchen, a drinking table, and a collective living area.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

According to the owner’s explanation, an old house must have a horizontal house (main house) and a succession of children’s houses, rhyming with each other, the new space will fit and be peaceful.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The entire wall surrounding the house is carefully built to harmonize with feng shui. <\/font>Mr. Binh had to pick up workers from Nam Dinh to build the wall, all the details on the wall were carved delicately and precisely in every line. <\/font>Each shape is a masterpiece of art, a deep meaning that the owner of the house wants to convey and keep.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

In addition to the unique architecture, the old house in Hung Yen is loved by everyone because all the furniture in the house is carefully selected by the owner of the mansion, in harmony with the space.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
