In 1902, when he discovered a valley with a basin shape of about 250 hectares in the Tam Dao mountain range at an altitude of 900m. <\/font>This place is only about 80km from the capital, owns a cool and pleasant climate all year round. <\/font>At that time, the French arose the intention to build this land into a resort for French officials in Vietnam. <\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
