1. General introduction about Le Loi temple<\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n

The temple was built in 2010 to commemorate the merits of King Le Loi in the battle to protect the Northwest region, he personally led the army to the upstream of the Da River to quell the rebellion of the Cat Han Pass with the plot to separate. the western land of our country in 1431.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The temple area is located about 150 meters south of Lam Kinh relic site. <\/font>This temple was built in the early years of the 20th century, donated by benefactors to build a place to worship King Le Thai To. <\/font>Currently, this temple area has been merged into management by the local government along with the Lam Kinh relic site.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

1.1. <\/font>Geographical location of Le Loi temple<\/font><\/font><\/h3>\n

Le Loi temple is located in Xuan Lam commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa. <\/font>About 45km northwest of Lam Kinh historical site.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

1.2. <\/font>How to get to Le Loi Temple?<\/font><\/font><\/h3>\n

From Lam Kinh historical site, follow National Highway 15A along Ho Chi Minh road, go through Ngoc Lac town center, go to the intersection near km 541, turn left along National Highway 15A, to the center of Lang Chanh district turn left along the connecting road. Commune, about 10km further to Le Loi temple in Nang Cat village.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

2. Special features at Le Loi temple<\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n

Because it is located on a hill in a prime location, when visiting the temple of King Le Loi, you can admire the panoramic view around 4 sides. <\/font>The path to the temple is built widely under the green canopy, so you can comfortably walk without worrying about the heat or fatigue. <\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Inside the temple grounds is a stele Le Loi, above the stele clearly reads: “The fear of moving the enemy in the border has existed since ancient times, during the Han Dynasty there were Xiongnu, during the Tang Dynasty, the Tu Quyet barbarians were born. So do the barbarians in the Muong Le region of Vietnam.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Recently there has been the fact that the Tran and Ho dynasties have weakened, the servants in the hedgerow have become stubborn, and Cat Han has stuck to his old habits and refuses to change. <\/font>Now, we are sending our troops to conquer, by land and by sea, we have calmed down in just one battle. <\/font>Take this opportunity to make a poem carved into stone to warn the barbarian chieftains to be stubborn with the future education.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The stele serves as an eloquent proof to affirm the glorious golden historical milestones of the struggle for national independence and national sovereignty of the feudal lords in our country. <\/font>That stele at the temple was decided by the Ministry of Culture, Communication and Tourism to rank as a national monument in 1981 and recognized as a National Treasure by the Prime Minister in 2016.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

In particular, in 2005, when the Son La – Lai Chau hydropower plant started construction, in order to avoid flooding and affecting the monument, the epitaph was removed from the cliff in the form of a large rock. Dimensions length is 2.62 meters, height is 1.85 meters, with weight up to 15 tons. <\/font>In 2012, the stele was moved to 500 meters away from the original location. <\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

3. Festival activities are held at Le Loi temple<\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n

The Temple Festival of King Le Loi is held on January 12 of the lunar calendar every year to commemorate the merits of the national hero – King Le Loi. <\/font>This festival has a profound meaning not only in history but also in educating future generations about patriotic traditions, solidarity against foreign invaders, and defense of the land of their ancestors.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The festival of King Le Loi Temple is divided into two main parts: the ceremony and the festival. <\/font>The ceremony will include many important rituals such as drumming to open the festival, offering incense, etc. In the festival, there will be very interesting folk games such as: blindfolded catching ducks, blindfolded playing gongs or playing gongs. cock fighting competition, tug of war, democratic flower picking, sack dance, etc. Every year, the festival takes place and attracts a large number of local people and tourists to visit and cheer.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
