This seemingly idyllic and somewhat dry dish, under the meticulous and skillful hands of the people of Ke village, Dinh Ke commune, Bac Giang province, becomes crunchy and strangely fatty.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

\"B\u00e1nh<\/p>\n

Passing through Ke village on sunny days, visitors will feel delighted by the image of hundreds of rice paper drying racks lined up in a straight line all over the streets and roofs. <\/font>The people  <\/font><\/font>of Ke cake village<\/font><\/font><\/strong>  are associated with round white rice cakes all year round, especially in the leisure season, it is even more bustling.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Banh Da Ke<\/font><\/font><\/strong>  is fan-baked by the skillful hands of the worker by the charcoal stove. When the cake is cooked, it will turn golden yellow and the fragrance will spread. <\/font>Eating rice cakes with a fleshy, sweet and crunchy taste, but the heart is anxious about Dinh Ke, remembering the rustic cuisine and the image of the country market where the dear multi-cake vendors used to be.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
