Men men<\/font><\/font><\/strong>  is a traditional dish of the Mong ethnic people living in Bac Kan region, with the main ingredient being upland corn kernels (corn kernels).<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the corn flour is pounded with a stone mortar, it will be kneaded with a little water and steamed.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although it is just steamed cornstarch, the people’s way of making it, along with the combination of Mem Men with other dishes, make it more attractive and memorable.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n
