If gio  cake is indispensable in the feast of the Dragon Boat Festival <\/font>, then banh gio is also indispensable in  <\/font>the Long Tong festival <\/font><\/em><\/font>of<\/font><\/font><\/em>  the Tay ethnic group.<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/em><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although they are just tiny cakes, it takes a lot of effort to make a succulent cake. <\/font>From just soaking the sticky rice, we also have to use water to boil water hyacinth (water hyacinth), then the ashes of the red lily, add a little wine and indispensable one more thing, taro.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the sticky rice and taro are cooked, it is time to pound them in the mortar (this is the step that takes the most effort). <\/font>When it’s really fine, pour it into a bowl and roll it out, then let it dry and store it until Tet or a new festival.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then the cake is cut into small pieces, put in boiled molasses juice, then put in roasted wild rice flour to dry the honey.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the stages of making must be very sophisticated to produce a  <\/font><\/font>cake<\/font><\/font><\/strong>  that is both beautiful, fragrant, and soft. <\/font>To enjoy this famous cake, people should come near Tet, it will be easier to enjoy.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
