Ha Lung – the name associated with this specialty dish is a long-standing village of making spring rolls, of which the most famous and popular dish is “cha key”. <\/font>At first glance, Ha Lung spring rolls look almost like the spring rolls of Hue, but the processing method and ingredients are completely different. <\/font>If Hue’s spring rolls are made mainly from lean meat and spices such as garlic and pepper, the pork rolls in Hue include pork, fat and sun-dried squid of Cat Ba and Cat Hai.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The special feature of Ha Lung key cake is that it has more sugar cane – so why do Ha Lung people add sugarcane to the cha key? <\/font>First, people will grind all the ingredients and mix them together, seasoning with necessary spices such as fish sauce, main noodles, shiitake mushrooms, wood ear, pepper. <\/font>After that, cut the sugarcane into small pieces with your fingers, and squeeze the pureed ingredients into the bag, leaving a part of the sugar cane left, and then fry until golden brown in oil. <\/font>Like the garlic part in spring rolls in Hue, sugarcane not only enhances the smell and makes the sausage more flavorful, but also acts as a handle when eating, extremely convenient.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
