Serepok River is a stream flowing through Krong No district, Dak Nong province. <\/font>The river not only provides an abundant amount of irrigation water, but also is the habitat of sardines, a very famous specialty fish. <\/font>Salmon is a red-tailed, catfish, living in many parts of the Central Highlands, but perhaps because it is compatible with the ecological environment in the Serepok River, it is very special compared to other places.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The Tomb of the Serepok River can be processed into many different dishes such as braised, steamed, sauteed with garlic, porridge, etc. However, the most impressive dish is still the salmon hotpot with a unique flavor imbued with the Central Highlands. <\/font>Salmon cooked in hot pot must choose fresh fish, do not use chilled fish. <\/font>When the pot is boiling, add the fish and vegetables. <\/font>When enjoying, visitors will feel the sweetness and flesh of fish meat mixed with the sour taste of spices as an indispensable remedy for any taste. <\/font>To make the hot pot more delicious, it must be served with celery, broccoli, bitter vegetables, mint and indispensable dill to make the hot pot more fragrant and sweeter.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
