Au Tau porridge – Ha Giang specialty<\/font><\/font><\/i><\/p>\n

To make au Tau porridge, Ha Giang people have to soak it thoroughly in water to wash thick rice overnight. <\/font>The next morning, it was washed and simmered for about 4 hours so that the zucchini was soft and friable, then brought it out until it was smooth.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The rice used to cook porridge includes both glutinous rice and plain rice, which can be simmered while waiting for au tau. <\/font>After simmering the zucchini and pork leg, put both ingredients in the pot and cook until the porridge is cooked. <\/font>Add more eggs, pepper, chili, onions and coriander. <\/font><\/font>So, the pot of Ha Giang specialty Au Tau porridge<\/font><\/font><\/strong> has been completed  <\/font> .<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Au Tau porridge when eaten has the fatty taste of rice and chicken leg juice, the aroma of chicken eggs and vegetables, the slightly pungent taste of pepper, chili and a bit of bitterness of au Tau.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
