Today, the cold North welcomes the first cold wave (it doesn’t seem very relevant) suddenly, I suddenly miss the roasted spring rolls in Da Lat. <\/font>In the hot, fragrant weather of that mountain town, eating and drinking hot, fragrant grilled spring rolls, thinking about it, I can see how warm my stomach is. <\/font>(Hehe)<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

In fact, grilled spring rolls are available in many places, Hanoi, Khanh Hoa, and Saigon all have them, but for me, Da Lat grilled spring rolls have a very unique flavor and “permeable” the longest. <\/font>Processing grilled spring rolls in Da Lat is not much different from the processing of grilled spring rolls in other regions, also made from pureed fresh pork with spices including delicious fish sauce, sugar, seasoning powder, garlic mixed with a little bit of salt. Finely chopped fish fat, roll into balls and then skewer them to bake.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The most interesting thing is sitting next to the charcoal stove, just listening to the sizzling sound of freshly cooked meat and then the fragrant aroma of cooked meat spreading, making me terribly excited. <\/font>When the spring rolls are golden on all sides, bring them out and eat them immediately.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Grilled spring rolls are served with raw vegetables, pickles, cucumbers rolled with rice paper and then dipped with special dipping sauce. <\/font>I consider this to be the most impressive highlight of this spring roll. <\/font>The dipping sauce is made from pureed soy sauce, mixed with a little broth from pork bones and then tasted with fish sauce to taste, adding fragrant golden roasted sesame is always great.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Where to eat grilled spring rolls?<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n

In Da Lat, it is easy to find grilled spring rolls because there are many places serving this dish, but I often go to Ba Hung grilled spring rolls because the sauce here is the most special, delicious and hard to match. <\/font>This is also a famous restaurant throughout the mountain town, almost anyone who is connoisseur of grilled spring rolls knows this restaurant. <\/font>The shop is located at 254 Phan Dinh Phung, selling from 11 am to 9 pm.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
