Yen Mac<\/font><\/font><\/strong>  spring rolls is a specialty of Ninh Binh, created by the daughter of Senior Minister Pham Than Duat, Pham Thi Thu, based on the Hue royal jelly dish of the Nguyen Dynasty.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Meat to make spring rolls must be lean butt meat of pigs that have just been slaughtered, still warm. <\/font>If you choose the loin, the pork shoulder will be mushy and not tasty. The meat is filtered out of the fat and the silver music is removed.
