13.1 How to choose fish and potatoes<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

In order to have a delicious pot of fish and potato porridge, you must first choose fresh fish with a transparent body and natural pink fins. <\/font>The sweet potato fish that have black fins, big belly, dull fish meat means that the fish has been spoiled or coated with preservatives and will no longer taste good.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

13.2 How to cook Fish and Potatoes<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Taro fish is preliminarily cleaned with diluted salt water, removing the head, gills and intestines, but keeping the stomach because the stomach of the sweet potato fish is very crispy and fatty. <\/font>There is a note that when making fish, do not cut open the belly of the fish to avoid the fish being crushed during processing.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
