Anyone who has visited Lap Thach – Vinh Phuc a couple of times, if they enjoy the dish  <\/font><\/font>of calamari <\/font><\/font><\/strong> (sour pickled fish)<\/font><\/font><\/em>  , will never forget its taste. <\/font>The pickled fish doesn’t need expensive ingredients, but it can make people feel good about it.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

The fishes of the Lo and Day rivers in the high water season follow the stream to the fields. <\/font>There are food sources available, so the fish can stay big and strong. <\/font>Those are also the most delicious fish. <\/font>The fish must leave the scales intact, turn the grooves for the salt to absorb the spices. <\/font>Arrange 1 layer of fish and then 1 layer of salt until covered with white, cover the jar for about ten days. <\/font>Take out the fish and squeeze it until it’s dry, so you can sprinkle it with hearing.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
