During the resistance war against the French, the pagoda was heavily damaged by enemy bombs and bullets, so it was greatly restored in 1933. Keo Pagoda is located on a large high ground in the residence of two villages Giao Tat and Giao Tu, on Thien Ly Street. go places, have beautiful scenery, surrounded by mountains and rivers. In the past, there was a stone bridge in front of the temple, then to the two-story, eight-roofed three-door gate with large stone stele on both sides, but now the three-way gate is no longer there, but only a simple entrance to the courtyard, the main temple, and the church. The main pagoda consists of the forecourt and the harem, at the two ends of the old forecourt is the attic hanging the bell and the khanh. In the 2 pavilions, there are statues of 2 Ho Phap standing on a lion. Next to the front hall are 2 rows of corridors, each row has 9 Arhats. On the upper terrace of the palace, there are 2 rock geese with pearls in their mouths.
In the upper palace hang many parallel sentences. Outside, there is a large altar carved with dragons and clouds with Buddha images on it, then a pedestal built on top of Phap Van (Mrs. Keo) and other statues.

The Mausoleum and the To Church are at the back of the main temple, where not only the Mother and Toe statues are located, but many other statues are also placed because the restored main temple area is smaller than before, there is not enough room to place the existing Buddha statues. . The tomb tower garden of the deceased officials is behind the Mother’s house and has a 3-storey tower.

Keo Pagoda still retains 6 stone steles, in which Hoang Dinh 15 (1615) stele has recorded the restoration and embellishment of the pagoda, 1 bell cast in the Canh Thinh Dynasty (l794), 1 bronze statue, 8 religious ordinations along with the same name. many worshiping objects, many precious and beautiful carvings with artistic style of the Le Dynasty. Keo Pagoda was heavily damaged during the war. The pagoda was recognized as a historical and cultural relic in 1993.
