The fair is also characterized by the food stalls of the Lao people. The shop owners here all speak Vietnamese but are just lazy. The food stalls are located next to each other and the way to eat here is also very special. Everyone uses their hands to squeeze sticky rice, tear up grilled chicken and mix some wild vegetables with spicy red soy sauce. If you come here without eating grilled black chicken, drinking a cup of corn wine or Lao beer, it is a pity for you.
