Ky Sam Temple is located in Ban Ngan, Vinh Quang Commune, about 5 km from the center of Cao Bang City. Ky Sam Temple worships Khau Sam Dai Vuong Nung Tri Cao (1025-1055), a Tay ethnic, a figure related to the cause of national defense during the Ly dynasty (King Ly Thai Tong in the 11th century).
