Kim Binh relic site (Chiem Hoa) was ranked as a special national relic in February 2017. In Vinh Quang commune, now Kim Binh commune, Chiem Hoa district, many important historical events took place in the resistance war against the French colonialists.

Kim Binh historical relic area includes 35 relics and relic clusters with the scale stretching over the area of ​​4 communes: Kim Binh, Linh Phu, Kien Dai, Vinh Quang. Kim Binh historical site was ranked as a special national relic in February 2017 and Kim Binh commune (former Vinh Quang commune) was chosen as the venue for the second National Congress of Deputies. The memorial house is a  place to commemorate and remember the merits of the soldiers who sacrificed and fell for national independence during the resistance war against the French and American colonialists.

Hall: the  place where the Second National Congress of the Party took place. 

Memorial stele : remembers the merits of heroes and comrades who led the way and contributed to the defense of the country. 

Besides, there are houses of comrades-in-arms, memorials and workplaces at Kim Binh Historic Site.
