Cu Da Tuong is made from four ingredients: sticky rice, soybeans, rain water and white salt. Soy sauce made from about April to August is the best because at this time the weather is favorable, the sunshine makes the batches of soy sauce with a golden brown color and a faint aroma. Not so that the ancients have a saying “Tuong Cu Da – Ca Thuy Khue”.
