Kitchen guard beef – Cao Bang | Famous specialty of Cao Bang Province

Cao Bang kitchen beef  is seasoned with spices such as salt, ginger juice and white wine. During preliminary processing, people often add a few sugars to the meat to let the spices infuse evenly when marinating. After marinating, people take bamboo slices through the meat into skewers, then leave the kitchen for many days until dry.
