Phuong Do communal house  is a unique architectural work built in the 15th century. The communal house is located in Xuan Phuong commune, Phu Binh district, Thai Nguyen province, 30km southeast of Thai Nguyen city.

Phuong Do Communal House is an architectural monument of communal house art with the traditional architectural form of Vietnam built during the Le Dynasty. The communal house has 3 compartments, 2 wings, roofed with Mui tile, the four corners of the roof are all made of curved roots, the columns are made of ironwood, and the surrounding planks are skillfully carved, the four spirits include dragon, ly, Quy, phoenix are carved elaborately.
