Archaeological excavations in 1997 discovered and collected 11 stone relics, including: 5 horizontal ax tools, 2 quarter-cobblestone tools, 4 stripping tools. The recovered relics have reflected the life of ancient inhabitants 11,000 years ago today. In addition, on the cave floor, there are 4 pieces of coarse sand mixed with relatively small grains. From the excavation results, we can see that the scenery of Muong La from the time of the reclamation of the site is clearly reproduced and proves that this is a land with a long history of formation and development.
Co Noong Cave is also a beautiful landscape, keeping a legend about the faithful love of the Thai people here. Hang Co Noong was classified at the provincial level on April 28, 2008.
