Noodles with crab sauce – Gia Lai | Famous specialty of Gia Lai province

This is a delicious  specialty dish in Gia Lai  , but it is not an easy dish for many people. The field crabs are carefully selected, the big ones come home at night to clean and cook with fish sauce and fish sauce so that the crabs will naturally ferment, so they have a strong, characteristic smell.

A bowl of vermicelli with crab sauce includes: field crab, vermicelli, bacon, pounded peanuts, sour bamboo shoots, spring rolls, deep-fried pork skin, shrimp crackers… bottom to top, all of which is crab sauce.
