Noodles with seasoning sauce – A   rustic but very delicious specialty . The combination of spices will create a characteristic flavor of the dish. The type of spice that comes with vermicelli carries the name of the vermicelli, which is seasoning sauce. A special kind of fish sauce made from fresh anchovies. After being carefully selected, the fish will be washed, marinated with salt in a suitable ratio and then incubated. After 5 – 9 days, the fish is cooked and formed into seasoning sauce. When brought out to use, seasoning sauce has a smooth, thick copper-red color that is very eye-catching.
