Special National Monument An Toan Zone (ATK) Dinh Hoa “Capital of the Wind Thousand, Viet Bac War Zone”, where President Ho Chi Minh, together with the Party Central Committee and the Government, worked to lead the resistance war. against the French colonialists (1946 – 1954), where important issues of the country were decided, leading to victory, ending the war, and restoring peace in Indochina. This is a complex of the most important revolutionary historical relic of the Vietnamese nation in the 20th century, with meaning and value in many aspects.

Coming to the relic site, visitors will first offer incense at the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh. The project is located in the middle of a high hill on the top of De pass, leaning against the historic Red mountain range. The building with traditional temple architecture was inaugurated on the occasion of the 115th birthday of Uncle Ho (May 19, 1890-19/5/2005). This is a place to show gratitude and respect to the people of the country, overseas Vietnamese and international friends to dear Uncle Ho.
Along with that, visitors will visit a number of historical sites, residences and working places of Uncle Ho, the Party and the Government at Dinh Hoa ATK during the years of resistance against the French (1947-1954) such as: Lan Tin Keo. the place where the Politburo meeting took place on December 6, 1953, chaired by President Ho Chi Minh, approving the “war plan for spring 1954” of the General Military Commission and deciding to open the Dien Bien Phu campaign); Khuon Tat banyan tree (where Uncle Ho and his guard comrades often practice martial arts and exercise); Khuon Tat shack (where President Ho Chi Minh assigned General Vo Nguyen Giap to go to Dien Bien Phu campaign)…
