Wind Pass is a tourist destination in Ngan Son District (Bac Kan Province in the Northeast region). It is about 49 km from the center of Bac Kan Province.

Pass is located on National Highway 3, section 3 from Bac Kan to Cao Bang, 50km from Bac Kan city and about 10km from the center of Ngan Son district. With an altitude of 800m above sea level, Wind Pass is regularly covered with fog all year round.
