CHARACTERISTICS  OF NA TU HISTORY RITE

This used to be the station of the 312th TNXP Inter-department (also known as the Ho Tung Mau TNXP) tasked with ensuring traffic on the Na Cu – Phu Thong road, the key to repairing the Na Cu bridge – one of the important bridges on route 3.

On March 28, 1951, on his way to work, Uncle Ho stopped to visit and encourage the TNXP brothers to do their duty here and gave 4 verses: “Nothing is difficult / I’m just afraid of not being strong / Dig Mountains and fills the sea / Will will make it”. On March 18, 1996, the Ministry of Traditional Culture and Information (now the Ministry of Traditional Culture, Sports and Tourism) decided that workers ranked Na Tu TNXP as a National Monument. .

HISTORY NA TU HISTORY

Ta Nu Youth Volunteer Historical Site is the place where Uncle Ho met and gifted the Volunteers with 4 verses: “Nothing is difficult / I’m just afraid of not being strong / Digging mountains and filling the sea / Willing to be determined make”; was built from 2016 to 2018 with a total investment of 38.3 billion VND, including items such as Uncle Ho statue cluster with TNXP, reception house, Uncle Ho’s worship room, fenced garden, auxiliary areas. In 1996, the Ministry of Culture and Information (now the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) recognized and ranked Na Tu relic as a national historical relic.

Relics are embellished and spacious, including stilt houses in memory of Uncle Ho; beer house, youth volunteer shack and ancillary works. Na Tu historical site, Cam Giang commune was honored to welcome many senior leaders of the Party, State, and youth union members nationwide. and visitors to visit. This is the place where the 312 youth volunteer army is stationed, tasked with protecting Na Cu bridge (a key bridge on National Highway 3 to ensure smooth traffic on the route, serving the frontline).

 

This is the place where on March 28, 1951, an outstanding event was launched between Uncle Ho and young volunteers. In June 1950, the Party Central Committee decided to open the Border campaign, to meet the requirements of the resistance war, it was necessary to mobilize tens of thousands of young and healthy workers to serve the resistance. This force includes young volunteers, citizens paving the way, protecting bridges, transporting food and ammunition for the goal of “all for the victory campaign”.

At that time, President Ho Chi Minh directly instructed the Central Youth Union to help the Vietnamese nation build a youth volunteer team to serve the battlefield. On July 15, 1950, a youth volunteer team was built. After the campaign, the Vietnam-China border was opened, Road No. 3 became not only our campaign route on the North Indochina battlefield, but also the lifeline of the whole country.
