General Do Cat’s bunker is located in the corporate center of the important fortress Dien Bien Phu, this place belongs to the vast Muong Thanh field. This place is built extremely strong with a roof made of iron, surrounded by wooden planks and covered with sandbags as well as a series of barbed wire outside.
