Da Do River is a tributary of the Van Uc River (the ancient name is Uat Giang), formerly very large, has changed its stream many times, moved gates, sometimes it empties into the Bang La Sea, when it empties into the mouth of the Co Trai River, and then the Van Uc River as it is now. In the past, Da Do river was much larger, its flow meandered like a bunch of 9 gourds, so it was called Cuu Bieu Giang. When the ancient sea was gradually filled, the mouth of Eagle was accreted, Da Do River’s water could not be drained in time to follow the way of Sang River, so it changed its current, changed its flow into the Van Uc River as it is now.
